Once the Individual has booked an online slot, the Individual / Student is free to cancel it upto 3 hours prior to the scheduled class time. Post that, it is assumed the class is considered as attended, irrespective of whether the child is able to attend it or not. The same session will then be deducted from the set of Sessions initially purchased.
Once any individual has purchased the set of Sessions, then you are permitted to cancel your Services. An email stating the detailed reason, needs to be submitted. The same will be evaluated at PANDIT. Thereafter, the number of sessions paid for and not taken shall be refunded to you. We have always had 100 per cent customer satisfaction, and the need for refund has never arisen.
